My research engages with issues of continuity and change in Assyria and Babylonia in the period ca. 1400 BCE to 100 CE, especially those relating to political power and the practices of cuneiform scholarship. A particular interest is the self-presentation of rulers and their ancient reception.

Professional Career

2004–2008: BA (Hons) in 'Classics and Oriental Studies (Akkadian)' at the University of Oxford.

2008–2015: MPhil and PhD in 'Near Eastern Languages and Civilizations (Discipline: Assyriology)' at Yale University.

2016–2017: Postdoctoral fellow in the Cuneiform Commentaries Project, Yale University.

2018–2019: Wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin at the Chair of Prof. Dr. Karen Radner.

2019–2021: Humboldt Postdoctoral Fellowship at the Chair of Prof. Dr. Karen Radner.

2021–Present: Akademische Rätin at the Chair of Dr. Karen Radner.
